Hello people! Nearly my final progression picture, I’m like 3lbs away from my goal now (but I maybe need to gain a bit more muscle)
So this is me..
Start weight: 186lbs ish
Photo weight: 136lbs ish
Current weight: 131lbs
Aim weight: 129lbs
Start body fat: 38%
Current body fat: 21%
Aim body fat: 18/19% (Need to gain some muscle to achieve this)
Height: 5 ft 5
Time scale: Feb this year, to August this year
Along with a good diet, hard gym sessions incorporating both cardio and weights this IS achievable.
